We will use the three (3) Life Coaching & ‘Guide’ance Counseling sessions to get you back on your positive life path.  During the sessions, Jennifer will help guide you through the core events in your life to help you discover root causes to problems and find what is truly behind the issues occurring in your life.  Through her unique coaching and guidance techniques, she will assist you in revealing and recognizing the issues on a deeper level and work with you to discover solutions to get you placed on a more positive life path.  Jennifer combines coaching techniques, counseling techniques and her unique spiritual abilities to connect with your guides, angels, and loved ones to help formulate a life path plan that is specifically built for you to succeed in you transformation process!

After each each Life Coaching & ‘Guide’ance Counseling session, you will go onto the The Body Mat, where you will continue your physical and emotional transformation healing by allowing the pain and stress of life to melt away as the bed helps you to Realign your Energies, Heal your Body,  Lower your Stress, Enhance your Strengths and Focus your Mind.

During the Body Mat session, you will lay there with a soothing aromatherapy eye pack resting over your eyes.  While you relax and raise your energy level, the gemstones work to balance your natural energy points and heal your body by adjusting your natural frequencies, negative ion levels, and boosting far infrared levels in your cells.  As your body is healing and balancing from the gemstones, the mat and sound therapy (of your choice) will help you experience enhanced Happiness, Relaxation, Stress relief, Pain relief, Physical health, Mental clarity, Emotional balancing, and for some, Enhanced abilities, Astral travel & Spiritual journeying.

After working with Jennifer on your new life path plan, you will move onto a physical and energetic fresh start that will Renew and Revitalize your Body, Mind and Spirit. By relaxing on the The Body Mat, you will heal and balance through gemstone therapy, aromatherapy and sound therapy that takes you to another level. Then, you will go into a deeper healing session using the Aclestiny healing technique that includes unique healing processes developed by Jennifer Von Behren, including Energy Raking, Deep Energy healing, and Energy Cupping. This healing process focuses on all of your energy blocks and pain centers to help you melt away pain and stress.

After fully adjusting your bodies energies, we will do a brief Energy Coaching Session to go over the new energy flow within you and how to better maintain the amazing emotional, physical and energetic feelings you are now experiencing. Finally, we will explore unique options with crystals and stones that will work with you to help you maintain and further achieve transformation on your life path through a One-on-One Personalized Crystal Gridding session. We will teach you and guide you with the stones, utilizing Kinesiology to help access the opinions of your subconscious and higher self to see which stones best resonate with you!
